Introduction
The Supreme Court of the United States has come on hard times. Its traditionally high public regard has plummeted to the lowest rate polls ever have recorded in the wake of its decision overturning Roe vs. Wade. The burning question arises, can anyone or anything constrain this Court? We welcome three of the nation's most thoughtful and knowledgeable Court observers - Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Professor Kate Shaw and Rick Scrudany.
