Maurice: We know that from other sectors, the health sector, for instance, people who are put on certain health regiments do better if they have ongoing support systems around them to be able to sustain what they've started. How does one ten think about addressing that issue with these opportunity youth who they're bringing in to a professional setting they may never have been in before? I would imagine it's very easy to getto couraged, and youo throw in the towel if you feel like you you don't fit in. This is the human condition.
