Is It a High School Anime?

I have a rule because I do watch approximately 50% of my anime without subtitles on. If there needs to be some kind of world building happening, sometimes I'll include it. But if I do it, it was impossible to figure out what they were saying. There are only two modern shows that fall into the isekai category: rezero and Jbutukai Sen. It's like the Napoleon dynamite of anime. You know the incest. The loli itself like that. That's why I think it's definitely must be in Japan. At least it has English subtitles with Disney Plus at least. And you can't watch Fucking Jojo Summertime Render all over again
