Getting People to Collaborate Around Career Development
Set up some discussion so people can learn more each other's careers. Skill swats where everybody in the team might say, this is one thing i want to learn about this year and one skill i've got to give. The other thing that you can do is strength circles. This is more of a wane to many approach. And theye are all just different ideas. I'm making colaberation a bit different around this idea of self forteen improvement. It's so interesting, isn't it? We have so much we can learn from each other. You probably can't do those things in parallel at the same time. Otherwise the riskes people feel like wasted effort.
