Do You Think We Can Prevent Overdoses?

A lot of people who are eventually going to die of overdose are having this interaction with the government in terms of appearing in court. We think of things like hospitalizations as maybe sort of a touchpoint where you can intervene on a patient. Maybe you could even think of prison as being such a place. I never thought about that before.
