Buying a Home in the Midwest Is a Big Decision
An annualized appreciation rate for a house of ten % or more sustained overtime is pretty much unheard of. Much of the midwest barely appreciates because the demand to live there is lower than the supply of homes. This decision is not black and white. It's even impacted by the amount of time you plan to stay in a home.
