Are you, by definition, a less than a full-time trainee? How long will it take you overall to become an ophthalmologist? At the time, I wasn't in training. I wasn't a trainee, I was out of training. Right now, I'm out of training again because I'm doing the diploma in aviation and space medicine at King's College London. Got exams coming up at the start of March, but really, really enjoying that too. And that's a military thing as well.
