He died in mauritania this year because he needed a travelled document to go to have a to a surge fus for his heart. His country trefused to give him travel document. Icy arcy refused to provide the travell document. Muritanie doesn't have health system that can operate in his heart like becausehi nid really supisticated the surgery. So what hapbened? They knew he didn't have much time but they let him die
