The Importance of a Long Timeframe in Trading
There are a lot of real assets that are very expensive. I was just looking today at, you know, price to rent ratios in residential real estate here in the US. And it's just back to the bubble peak from 10 years ago. So... I think it's financial assets that the outlier with real assets that some relatively cheap, some relatively expensive,. But financial assets and arguably properties of financial asset to these days are wildly expensive.
