Having warmth in your system is important for anxiety in the morning room temp and warmer because anxiety is so often a vata exacerbation state. For most people who struggle with anxiety it behooves them to at least do a trial on less caffeine or no caffeine. There's a good chance that you're a slow metabolizer of caffeine and then it makes you jittery. Decaf coffee isn't an inherently bad substance but i would love to have that as a treat  because i wish i could tolerate decaf now"
