I think there is very clearly a yuck factor. If you ask people in the west to eat insects, they'll go, i'm not eating that. But if you could emphasize the benefit, which is this would be more sustainable. Potentially, it could address problems with growing food prices. It promises to offesy involve much less cruelty because you're not killing animals to make these things. And i think these new technologies provide us all with opportunities to create delicious and more sustainable new food traditions.
