Zockdock went from flat fee subscription to a per usage model in December of 2019. And then, you know, the pandemic came. With that, utilization drops of 70, 80, 90 percent in the initial weeks of the pandemic. That was probably the worst time to have just migrated or to use a usage based model when usage just drops away because no one wants to go and see the doctor physically. But it just speaks to the point that when there is a disruption happening to your business where the economics and the mechanics don't make sense anymore, you need to very quickly understand what your options are,. which one you're betting on and then go there resolutely to make
