Yeah, always like I keep telling folks it's really about if Nicholas if you travel across Africa You just realize like there are no standards we can go into the history of what has happened But the fact of the matter is that today we don't have a baseline of competence And I think for us it's like Afa Bolton wants to signify that it's like you come in here You know what to expect it's consistent There's a baseline of competency and standard does not fall below a level again It always increased but it should not falls below a certain level Right.
