Sanvig vs Bar - Is There a Way to Get a Judgment on That?

The first time a podcast launched a piece of impact litigation was right here. Sanvig versus bar is inspiring, it, hope, is going to inspire a wave of professors trying to figure out how to take research projects and and bring them in front of courts. One of the areas where i'd really love see some work get done is adversarial inter operability. The vision that i have been talking about as far as social media cannot work without adversarial interop.
