How Are You Getting on With Sicily?

I'm taking myself off to a cottage in Cornwall. I reckon two-thirds of the writing time is spent with the first quarter of the book yeah so I'm kind of almost through that tunnel but because you've only written a quarter of a book and Deadline is 17th of March it feels like I'll have a long way to go. There are unavoidable things that you just simply have to confront and that is that every book has to stand alone on its own merit. You can't assume that people have read Sicily or they know what happened in the run-up and all this sort of stuff. It's just I find it frustrating because I just want to get on with itYou
