Introduction
The EU warns Russia that the West will annihilate the Russian army if Moscow uses nuclear weapons in Ukraine. The threat came from Joseph Burrell, who is the EU's foreign policy chief. This seems to be kind of the biggest threat that I've seen from a Western official on what they might do in response to Russia using a nuclear weapon inside Ukraine.
