We're in a Recession, Right?

The Saudis are screwing Joe Biden, but let's be clear. He wasn't asking them do something the American people's interest and make gasoline affordable to people who are struggling. But when you treat people decently, when they behave badly, you can call him to account. And so Biden says, we're not in a recession. Why? Because I paid people to say we're not. Never mind the facts. These are not the droids you're looking for. The mess of it is across the board. And what they're counting on is the dishonest corporate media to lie on their behalf because Biden said they are, you know, it's like Obi-Wan Kenobi.
