I didn't really change much that first time to go on the three. It was just a natural progression from having done some and then doing some more. So I was just in a better, you know, fitter, fitter state. What was your mileage like training up for that? I can't quite remember. But I think I probably averaged around about 40 to 45 miles a week for the eight to 10 weeks before.
