Is It Th Elias That I Her?
I was in floods of tears by the time she finished, because it was just such a powerful performance. She's battling with something in her mind, whether it's confidence or self belief. And to see all that play out with such beauty and precision and athleticism was, was just, for me, totally overwhelming. I've had conversations with people who say, you know, why are these athletes talking about mental health? Why don'the just shut up and do it, you know? There's a sort of dignity and a kind of a facade to it that people respected. But when somebody actualy expresses themselves inside their head, we treat them differently.
