The Importance of Time in Creative Work
I think it does give things time to settle a little bit too. And I'm laughing about your panels, because I did the same thing. My giant order from Jackson's arrived with large bits of canvas and some eight inch tiny ones. So I'm thinking, why did I order those? At the time, it must have felt like, oh, they would be a nice size to work on. And now I'm like, really? Okay. It doesn't matter. I always think it'll come back round.
