The core really is designed for anti movement it's a bracing thing like it's designed to keep you stable so sure you could do sit ups it's not necessarily going to carry over to something like the plank. You're not going to kind of cheat your way into being able to do a plank for three minutes and 40 seconds is just kind of my opinion. If you have a plank planks or another one where you could implement a grease the groove kind of thing it doesn't require any equipmentYou could just do a plank occasionally have meetings in a plank make everyone in the meeting call to plank for the duration of the meeting.
