The Possibility of the Grand Jury Being on a Vacation for Three Weeks

I'm wondering if someone jumped the gun for personal really you know for personal or political reasons kind of like the grand jury who leaked information publicly so we know her identity down at Fulton County Georgia. There's a paper trail that goes back to him writing a check to Michael Cohn going through all of that stuff also with trump denying that anything ever had had happened at this was personal expense your take does any of that have a possibility of holding legal water?
