I really like to work with young players, with academy players to give them the game time. And also in our staff there is a lot of more European mindset with people who have a straight link and a straight connection with Bologna. So when I arrived a lot of things that I wanted to change in the city that they were not there in CF Montreal, they were already there already settled. It's different than DC. It's also unique in MLS which is how good Montreal was last year,. How many pieces have now left though and obviously for you is rebuilding the right term. What is your role, what sort of job that you have in front of you?
