The Importance of Emotional Intelligence
Andrew Keen: We are finally creating something called intelligence and intelligence has never existed before. The most frustrating misunderstanding, even with the tech guys that I'm working with, is that they're only understanding intelligence as a logical operation. There's nothing emotional at all about AI and there won't be for a long, long time because we haven't started to figure out what biotechnological AI would look like.
