The Importance of Knowing Why a Strategy Works
So once you discover a strategy that has an edge, kind of like what you were just explaining there and it's, you know, to you, it's worth trading. So are you just purely looking for statistical edges, owning you don't really matter about why it works? Well, I mean, yeah, right? Like, obviously it gives me more confidence when I can make sense of it or whatnot. But look, man, there's so much stuff we don't know. Just because you don't know why something happens, doesn't mean it's not viable. If you want to do that, go be an economist,. We're in this business to make money.
