The Effects of Exercise on the Second Wind

In Macardell's disease, you can't break down glycogen phosphorylases. So for these patients, what happens is the end was called the second wind. They'll start to get asthms and tightness when they can't do anaerobic glycogenolysis. And then if they ease off a little bit and take the time to ease back into the exercise, eventually as your capillaries dilate,. You start to bring bloodborne glucose and almost certainly free fatty acids. But we haven't studied this yet, but branch chain amino acids could be utilized as energy in these folks too.
