The Importance of Affections

The Bible seems to tell me that I need to do what I don't want to do before I'm ever going to doing what I want to do. And the mind becomes the third party in the decisions that we make and in scripture, just it turns everything backwards. We're called to do something different. The world says you've earned it. But no one voted on you having kids. They're your responsibility. It is your responsibility to bring them up in the Lord and in faith. Let's see how this works out for us.
