You've Got a Crisis to Deal With, Right?

If you aren't sure where thingings aire going to be back to normal, don't tell people. Don't even give a wild stab in the dark. Just say, i don't know when this is going to be fixed and leave it at that. You do not need the extra pressure of that wild stabbing in the dark coming back to haunt you later. It's up to them, if they're the ones that have set the dead lines, to deal with that to an extent. But by letting people know straight up and not making accidental false promises to yourself and to them, you'll be in a much better place for sure.
