The Importance of Mental Toughness
I want to talk about the concept of mental toughness and resilience, because you know, when people go through what you went through, right? I think that it can either make you someone who plays a victim that everything's wrong with me. It is my firm belief that we're not born with resilience and willpower. And like, how can I expect something better? Because like, you know, life has given me so much shit. But for some reason, I just didn't see music as being what would get me there ironically enough.
