I think people are often trying to sort of barter or negotiate with life or universe or God or whatever to get the thing back that is causing them the grief, right? The relationship, the whatever it is, the person, et cetera. You know, I think in some ways grieving is the can be the act of finality too. So the rejection of grieving is the third. It's like holding on to even just the image of the memory of what was, right? Rather than letting that it says it hasn't ended. And there is a tremendous amount of grief that comes with that. We have to acknowledge that along the way.
