How to Achieve Mental Health

Mental health is physical health. Your mental health is going to be better when you eat foods that love you back. When you practice spiritual practices, whether that is gratitude or prayer, meditation, breath work for getting out in nature or forest bathing, all those things are going to impact your mental health. Being okay with saying no and not feeling guilty about it. If I need my recharge time, I'm not going to let someone guilt me into going somewhere or doing something. Like letting no be your multivitamin is and use it often because you'll get called anti-social by people who don't like introverts.
