He said, after months in Ukraine, training soldiers, retired colonel Andrew Milburn of the Mozart group, mercenary firm gets tossed on camera and spills the beans. And then he says Ukrainian soldiers, quote, kill dudes who surrendered, quote, and then commit, quote, atrocities. It's been going on for years. So unless that is not Colonel Andrew Milburn, or somehow the video is doctored, it appears that is what he's saying. But then 12 hours ago, Blumenthal tweeted and said Dan Rice, a US Army veteran advising Zilinski tells CNN that Ukraine urgently needs cluster munitions to increase the base lethality,. end quote.
