I have a spreadsheet whenever I join a company where I write down every possible channel, every possible kind of strategy that you could execute. And then I go in and next to them based on the company that I work at. So it's like, you know, outbound email, Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, organic LinkedIn, podcast, newsletter,. All those things, write them down and then just kind of hypothesize what you think the upside is for those different markets. It sounds like a stupid exercise or it sounds really easy, but just mapping that all out, putting it all on paper and help you.
