I had no aspirations to be a leader, manager, run a business. I've got no training in it. So how did you learn? Well, on the job, clearly. The thing that I eventually figured out and it did take me a while to do it was that I could approach being a leader in the same way as I approached being a designer. In other words, I could treat everything as a project. And as soon as I realized that, I got quite comfortable, much more comfortable anyway with the idea of leadership.
