How to Adopt a Child

I kind of feel like having my own kid is like buying a dog from a breeder. There's so many kids that need homes, you know exactly. My dad's had a family is from West Virginia and there's like this nightmare foster care situation where kids are being born addicted to opioids. I don't want to load up some kid with what I would love the idea of being like, yeah, let's let me have someone else's ancestral nightmare in my house.
