The first three movies in the franchise don't really interrogate the internal life of the robots. This movie sets op the idea that there are robots who could go like, hum, maybe this life doesn't make that much sense. Mabe, we want to help people. They're not just drones, absolutely. And then what what's the point of staying? Their artificial intelligence thing, theyons into it.
