In the book, there's a couple of chapters on forgiveness and self compassion. It happens that at sometimes in thaar life, our inner critic gets louder and louder. And then i teach, of course, acceptance kills right ad so i fen ther. An i think when we learn to be gentle with ourselves,  we actually give ourselves much more spec to do over things that are important in our life.
