Michel: I would be very curious to see if every person alined their signature strengths with whatever their work task is. If you did that character strength, signature strength alignment, and you kind of honored it day after day, just how much better would our work places become? The second thing i would say very quickly is a new meditation called the mindful pause. It's taking a pause in breathing for ten seconds. Any of the 24 are possible. Which could i bring forth right now? So i would just be curious if everybody started to do, say, five mindful pauses day at work, how much more productive, engaged, happy, connected would they feel? That would ad my advice
