Do You Love Your Day Off?

Most of my weeks, i have em one day a week where i either take the day completely off, or just run a few easy miles or a cross train. And that is like such a good day for me, again, both physically and mentally, kind of rejuvenate for the week. Do you fel lik youare unique in that, being a pr athlete andd having a day like that? I'm not sure. But i would guess that most runners would say that they value recovery and rest. It might look different for all of us, whether that's like a day completely off or something else,. but i don't know know. Ian interesting research for sure.
