Biden's charisma was very pro Russia before the Ukraine flipped in 2014. He would try to get the troops out of the Middle East, I think out of Syria particularly. They do what they call shell games where the military is like, Yeah, we have they were lying to him about the numbers of troops. So he's like, Okay, then I guess we've reached our number of withdrawals. And they weren't doing what they were told.
