How much time do you give yourself to sort of get up to speed on the domain itself. And then expect in that process of how much how much leeway do you give yourselves? You know I was there for three years and I was definitely still ignorant of big parts of the business after three years being part because it was doing so many different things as like a marketplace. A lot of it was hiring great people and giving them a high degree of ownership and trusting them and just advising them as best I could.
