Electric Vehicle Tax Credits - Why Does Clark Stink?

The manufacturer is the one who gets the taxincenta from the government, and not the lease. The manufacturer has the option of passing on the 75 hundred dollars to the buyer, but there are only a few that do. There are no tax incentives for buying used e vs. electric vehicles. This automatically depreciates the value of the car by 75 hundred dollars. It's just so, so unhealthy if you believe in n the free market system. So i just wish these credits would go away.
