The Importance of Marketing and Customer Success

I'm very much a believer that marketing really is being pushed down the funnel with so much of marketing's content now being used as a form of customer success and product engagement. I think some people are developing this new role called either life cycle marketing or customer success programs to drive adoption, drive expansion motions. Would you not say events are almost a cool customer success strategy as well in terms of engagement? Absolutely. Nothing can replace this in-person experience that we get when we get in front of a customer.
