As prime minister, you budgeted several billion dollars for the Arab community. You yourself write about them as a special case. Do they fit in some way into the vision that you have for Israel? Well, they fit in mind because I think I don't take a Pollyanna's view of democracies. Democracy is going to have different ethnic groups that can have different all sorts of conflicts built in conflicts.
