The self coaching model shows us we have circumstances. Those thoughts cause a feeling in our body, and that feeling is the fuel that drives our actions. If you label yourself as a waster of time, it will alwayss your time from you. Your thought is usually going to show up in your result line. Let's let go of the identity of being time wasters. Just do it. Do you know that i never ever think i wasted my time, ever? And as i've been processing, i like, preparing for this episode, i realize what a game changer that has been.
