The Russian Oil Debt Ceiling and the Uncertainty in the US Economy

The debt ceiling lifts a lot of the uncertainty in the US economy. The president reiterating that new wind and solar projects are less expensive than fossil fuel projects. And there is an energy side to that debt ceiling too, which is it tries to address this permitting pandemic.
