Defense Expenditure

The highest single layer of expenditure is defence, which is three and a half lackro. Subsidies become one of the biggest expenditure items after defence. Defence creates interostructure for further civilian work. We spend a fraction of this on health, which as actually beneficial because it'll help people be healthy and productive. On infro structure, we're spending a little bit of, fair bit this time or two.
