The Importance of Community in Grief

The anxiety epidemic currently is so intertwined with the rise of loneliness. We were meant to face loss, not by ourselves and not ourselves just on our screens, but with flesh and blood human beings by our side. So we need to recapture practices that take us with other people when we are experiencing loss. I think things that we can just build in ways of being with other people.
