If you want to be there for the people that matter in your life, you must take care of your own well being first. Treat it as a time to stop, reflect and think about ut your needs. The key with this 30 minutes is to spend some time with yourself. For me, i like to spend a little time with my journal and write o my thoughts and feelings and review my objectives for the day.
