Nuclear war strategy famously has a very formalized and jargon rich doctrine. If it were to target essential grids like energy or communication, the potential for destruction comes more and more similar. In cyber warfare we also have a re-conception of what even strategy means, right? Because strategy is something that you would think like something pre-planned,. But here we can see it's unfolding events. So yeah, I guess it is a post-strategy state of warfare maybe in a certain way.
